At Artifact Leather Company, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted leather piece isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused leather goods in their original dust bags and packaging to ensure the premium surface remains scratch-free during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
