We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-embossed or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our handcrafted goods worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties.
How long does it take to process my order?
Since many of our items are made-to-order or finished by hand, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it leaves our workshop.
